About

We are a mobile veterinary service operating in areas of Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama. We operate out of the Lookout Mountain, GA area.


We started this buisness after years of clients and friends complaining about how hard it is to get quality care for their pets in our area, especially large animals. We realize that most people that have a horse or cattle, also have pets. It makes no sense to have to bring all your animals to different veterinarians to receive care. 


We are here to be the one veterinary team for all of the animals in your life.

PetPortal

Once you become a client, you will automatically have a PetPortal created for you.


All you have to do is pick your password and you will have access to all sorts of tools and information for you and your pets.

  • What is PetPortal

    PetPortal is basically a website only you and your vet can access. We have set it up so that you can do many things from it such as request appointments, ask questions, request refills, and you will always have full access to your pet's records. 

  • Why should I care?

    We use it for online booking of appointments and is the easiest way to communicate with us. It also gives you complete control of when you access your pet's records.


    Being a mobile vet means we are in cellular dead zones or seeing other patients when you call. We do not have a recepionist. While we will try our best to answer calls, it is simply impossible to always be available. 


    Besides, who wants to wait on hold or wait for a call back just to get a refill for a medication your pet has been on forever?


    Or panic to get the records you told your partner you got last week for the boarding appointment that starts in 10 minutes?

  • How much does it cost?

    Zero. 


    Seriously, no subscription, no trial, and no minimum spending limit with us. As soon as you are a client, you get one for free.


    We pay for the system built into our practice management software so you can spend less time waiting on hold or driving to pick up paper records, and more time with your pets. 

  • How to access PetPortal

    Step 1: fill out our new client form


    Step 2: Wait for a message from us to confirm we have added your information into our system. This may take up to 48 hours. If you have not been added in 2 buisness days, please contact us. 


    Step 3: use the link on this page to go to the pet portal. Put in your information making sure it matches EXACTLY the name and contact information you put on your new client form


    Step 4: use the email verification code to log in. 

  • How to add more pets to your account

    This one is weird, but out of my control (sorry)


    Step 1: log in  to your PetPortal


    Step 2: Click appointments in the top right


    Step 3: click request appointment in the middle of the page


    step 4: click the red + with add pet beside it at the bottom of the list of your animals. 


    Step 5: add all of your pets. After each pet is added you select add pet in the bottom of the form and can continue to add more. You do not have to finish the appointment request for your pets to remain added to your account. 


    6. email or text us any previous records you have
